When an agent becomes a member of the California Association of Realtors, he/she gets access to C.A.R legal forms (WinForms,
PRDS and others). However, if you do not have this access, many standard C.A.R. forms are available on our website in the documents’ library.
REeBroker policy requires the use of legal C.A.R. forms in all real estate transactions, however, we may accept different kinds of forms in specific transactions (short
sale , new construction, REO and etc.).
