• Escrow Documents will be directly uploaded to your transaction file on www.REeBroker.com
• Buyer’s Earnest Money Deposit will be picked up directly from the Broker’s office! No need to send it to the Broker, and then to Escrow!
• Electronic Signatures accepted on escrow documents (unless they require Notarization).
• “Green” processing! Our process will only require a minimum of paper printing.
• We will wire transfer your commission directly into your bank account on the day of closing,free of charge!
• We have direct contact with the Broker’s Office (no need for Commission Instructions!).
• You will have direct contact with our in-house Escrow officer, via email or phone (which ever you prefer!).
