Referral fee from another broker

REeBroker agents may receive a referral fee or some other sort of compensation from another broker. REeBroker will charge a 10% fee (no more then $500) for this activity.
This item is applicable only when you are receiving a referral payment from another broker. For an example- you referring your friend which wants to buy house in NY to a broker doing business there.
The Broker agrees to pay $1000 referral fee to you. You would have to pay 10% of that ($100) to REeBroker.
