Green - ReeBroker is a member of the local Association of Realtors and MLS in this area. A new agent may enroll to the association and receive all of Realtors® benefits.

Yellow - ReeBroker is NOT a member of the local Association of Realtors in this area, at this time. However, we are ready to join a local association if a new agent requests to do this. We will ask a $200 refundable deposit from the new agent. This deposit will be refunded after the first transaction the agent will make in the current calendar year. This fee is necessary to cover part of the Broker membership costs for the membership of the new Association, in order to continue to keep the Broker fee low.

Blue - same as yellow, just the deposit is $400 and is refundable after agent’s second transaction in the current year.
