Since 1995 Mr. Razhas is actively involved in real estate.
The first six years he was an investor, then he became a
real estate agent and now he is a broker. He has Seller Representative Specialist designation.
Mr. Razhas has master’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Computer Science from Kaunas University, Lithuania. He created and managed successful investment business in Lithuania. Mr. Razhas enjoys jogging, visiting the beach, working with technology (he was working as Senior Software Architect for almost 10 years), and real estate. He and his family (wife Audrone, daughter and 3 sons) live in beautiful Carmel Valley, San Diego. |
