HOW DO I GET MY REAL ESTATE LICENSE?

18+ years of age
Eligible to work within the United States
note: You do not have to be a U.S. citizen - Review CA requirements

You need academic experience in the industry practices to receive a CA real estate license.
You may choose any school with a program that meets the CA accredited requirements.
This can be online or in-person. If looking at a virtual option REeBroker Group recommends First Tuesday

You will need to complete the following courses to take your real estate exam:

Real Estate Practice
Real Estate Principle
One elective course: Finance, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Economics, Office Administrations, or Appraisal

You can get your real estate license in as fast as 135 hours!
A little under 8 weeks!

You must pass with a 70% of higher.

To take the state exam you need:

A valid photo ID
Completed live scan form
State exam fees
Eligible to work in the United States
Proof of completion of 3-licensing courses (certificates)

What are the fees? Fees can cost anywhere from $477 to $740
